Guru, Vidwan Ramachandra Bhatt Kotemane, the Pradhan Acharya of the Veda Vijnana Gurukulam and Vice Chancellor of SVYASA, the Yoga University, motivated and guided Chidroopa Sharma, through his studies of the Upanishads, Brahmasutras, Yogasutras, and many Shastras like Vyakarana, Nyaya, Meemamsa, & Kavya, amongst others.
While he was pursuing his studies in the various shastras he also obtained multiple Post Graduate degrees. An M.A in Samskrit, from Mysore University, M.Phil in Indian Philosophy and a Vidwat in Advaita philosophy from Karnataka Samskrita University, Bangalore, in addition to a Post Graduate Diploma in Therapeutic Yoga and Practices from SYASA. He is currently pursuing his Doctoral Research in Yogic Philosophy.
Living in the bustling modern city of Bangalore, the need for spreading the awareness of our ancient knowledge heritage, propelled the birth of Tattwamasi. As its founder trustee , he spearheads the various initiatives to promote and popularise the beauty, spirit and essence of our Knowledge Heritage.
At a young age of 30, with his simple, humble and affable nature, and armed with this rich repository of knowledge, he proves to be a rare spiritual master, impacting over 600 students, of a wide age group, in about 9 different countries across the globe, by engaging them in analytical descriptions and explanations of traditional Vedic concepts amongst other means to spread the beauty & essence of this heritage.
